Mentoring - Healing - Soul Guiding
I offer 1-hour and 90-minute sessions. During our work together, we will track sensation, feelings and emotion. We will track thoughts, beliefs and patterns. And we will track your core desire, from which the deepest truth stems.
The work I offer could be called 'spiritual mentoring'. My heart is open to listening deeply to your desires, longings and pain. I'm listening for the vision that you carry for your life, always watching for what is in the way of your life being in its deepest integrity. Together, we may utilize guided imagery, meditation, somatic messages, energy healing, and the use of spiritual resources, such as prayer and self-designed ceremony. A session might include any one or all of these possibilities, depending on when we meet with each other.
